3 more key points to make powerful first impression

Behave in Mannerism

Good manners, polite and discipline behaviour helps to make a good first impression. Maintain your personal self. Good manners can help you to have better relationships socially and professionally. If you want to have good manners, then you have to learn dining etiquette, phone etiquette, as well as to learn basic etiquette. An appropriate behaviour shows, learn to accept things don’t try to overact. Your tone should be subtle. Don’t be harsh. Always be adaptive to learn from others. It also includes your smile which  spreads positive vibrations. So do smile but it shouldn’t be artificial.

Be open and have Positive Attitude

Your attitude shows through in everything you do. Always have a positive attitude, even in the face of criticism or in the case of nervousness. Try to learn from your meeting and to contribute appropriately. When you are keynote speaker in public or at a time of interview, meetings, presentation, more, always maintain eyes contact. It reflects your strong self confidence. Don’t be afraid of what others will think. Don’t be so reserved. Always share your views with clarity. It will ultimately benefit you to the correct path, which will boost your positive attitude.

Body Language and Self Attire

When it comes to making first impression, how you sit, how clean your body is, how you behave, how’s your etiquette, your footwear, more, every things reflects your background. Use your body language to project appropriate confidence and self-assurance. Stand tall, smile (of course) maintain eye contact, greet with a firm handshake. All of this will help you to built confidence and encourage both you and the other person to feel better at ease. A big part of first impression is saying the right words at the right time. As an example During the Q & A part of the interview, you want to go with the flow and let the interviewer take the lead. But it’s still a good idea to plan out what you want to say. This is a great way to present yourself.

Lastly I would like to say…

You have just a few seconds to make a good first impression and it’s almost impossible ever to change, as it is said that you never get a second chance to make a good first impression. All this small factors plays a big role for managing your first impression.

Thank You
